A very detailed wooden (either blond oak or butternut) sculpted bust of the classical beauty Venus.

Not signed but of such a high quality that we can call the sculptor a true artist. 

In good condition, some little lines but no cracks or parts missing.

In good condition, on canvas, it sits in it's original giltwood and canvas frame.

After the Medieval original, a beautiful rare handblown Forest glass large green beaker with 3 Roman type masks and 18 'nuppen' with blue enameled details. 

In very good condition, nice seed all over and a good pontil mark. Signed but unclear.

Ca 1900 Belgium Louis Reckelbus (Brugge 1864-1958)

A very typical Dutch, probably Schiedam, made during his travel to the Netherlands, village scene in gouache and watercolor on paper, depicting characters in the dress of the period during their activities (so called Klederdracht) and wind mills. 

Signed lower right corner. 
 

In fair condition, some discoloring of the paper but the gouache still vibrant. 
 

It sits in a passe-partout and giltwood frame behind glass. Some little nicks to the frame.

Ernest de Vleeschouwer (Belgium 1849-1923)

Interesting pair of oil paintings on panel depicting a portrait of possibly the same woman in different postures. 

One is dated 1915, both are signed in the lower right and lower left corner. 

The portraits are painted one untreated wooden panel, rough texture and unfarnished. Some superficial dryness, lightning of color and dirt. No cracks not restoration. (Second picture is taken in daylight). 

They sit in their matching original frames in giltwood.

A lovely oil painting on panel/board depicting a very neo-impressionistic seaside. Typical for the artist in beautiful blues and many details. 

In good condition, some superficial dirt. 

Signed in the lower left corner. 
 

Date ca 1904-1918 whilst making paintings in Bretagne. 

It sits in a wooden frame. One small part missing on the frame.

Igor Talwinski (Poland 1907- France 1983) ca 1950's

A wonderful oil painting portrait on canvas by the much loved artist Talwinski, depicting a young woman 'Anna' with black hair.
On the back a paper sticker that says: Talwinski Anna nr 32. 

Signed lower right corner. 

In fair to good condition overall, no frame.

Igor Talwinski was born in 1907 in Warsaw to Paris in 1983. Polish painter, active in England and France. He was mobilized in September 1939 and was taken prisoner by the Germans. After the liberation of the Pow camp in 1945, he settled in Paris. There, he learned the craft of painting. Igor Talwinski was a notable Polish painter who became popular in the period after 1945. After the Second World War he moved to Paris, where he lived for the rest of his career. Since 1951, he exhibited at the Paris Salon. His paintings also presented at solo shows in London and New York. He painted mostly portraits and subtle acts of young girls. His niece was the model for many of these paintings. His work is highly coveted by Fine Art collectors around the world.

Late XIX century France

A very well executed portrait of a Breton girl, oil painting on panel, atelier stamp and traces of a date or monogram in the lower left corner. To identify, but most surely made by a known and highly talented artist. 

In good condition overall.

Ca 1915 France Rouen

Maurice Millière (1871-1946)

Most certainly a mixted technique drawing on paper of pencil, sanguine and possibly even pastel in the white color, some water staining right lower corner, so possibly even some watercolor. Depicting an army Sikh man. 

After some study there are no obvious signs that this is a litho or an enhanced engraving. 

The paper is in places slightly folded and it deserves a better frame and straightening. 

Hand signed with pencil and sanguine lower right corner. 

Beautiful details and an interesting work by the known artist Miliière.

Antique 18th/19th century France 

A lovely red tortoiseshell and Vernis Martin snuffbox, depicting Louis XVI style court scenes, palace fronts and gardens with characters overall: lid, sides and bottom. 

Very nice detailed scenes, little wear as can be seen on the pictures and one metal mount on the lid missing. Hard to notice.
In overall very fair condition, one line on the side of the lid but no repairs.

A rare Blanc de Chine Cultural Revolution group depicting two girls with fruit and leaf, most probably to celebrate agricultural growth and youth's prosperity.

An antique English wooden, most certainly mahogany, carved satirical jockey face mask sculpture on a foot with bead eyes and a broad face. 

Very interesting piece in good condition, the foot has some cracks but steady.
