Spectacular pair of Lions, neo-Gothic style, in yellow nembro marble, worked and carved entirely by hand, and obtained from a single block of marble, the lion is not glued to the base but rather part of the same structure. Provenance Venice, private collection. Peculiar for the type of marble, as you can clearly see the veining is extraordinary as well as the color. Lot of remarkable quality and workmanship, more unique than rare, especially given their not excessive size. They can be used as ornaments. Worth noting is the precision and attention to detail of the lions, carved with skill and professionalism. A truly striking and masculine figure, they convey ardor and firmness. They are presented in excellent condition, undamaged in all their parts. In case of shipment they will be shipped with wooden crate and appropriate and adequate packaging.
